  •  The School Fee is per year payable monthly from September to June.

  •  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st day of each month.

  •  A student may not be admitted at the commencement of a month if previous month`s fee remains unpaid.

  •  A late payment fee of a $250 per month is payable on accounts which remain unpaid 7 Calendar days after the due date for payment.

  • No remission of fees either in whole or in part shall be made should the student be absent from the school for any reason. All payments are in Hong Kong dollars.

Fees are due on the first day of each month except July and August. Please note that parents are held responsible for payment of school fees regardless of the fees being actually paid by their employers or by any other third parties.

The permitted methods of payment are direct debit or bank transfer.

If paying by direct debit we recommend the “Limit for Each Month” to be set at HK$ 9,200.

Bank transfer can be made to Ease Education Limited at any HSBC Branch 636-384976-001. In this case, parents should inform the school.

In some unusual circumstances, parents are allowed to pay by cheque. Postdated cheques must be submitted to school for the whole academic school term before 15th August.

Cheques should be made payable to Ease Education Limited HSBC 636-384976-001 account and submitted to RBPS office during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 16:00 pm on school days).

For each returned cheque a fee of HKD250 should be added to the replaced payment. When a cheque cannot be collected on its second deposit due to insufficient funds, payment must be made by cash or direct transfer to the Ease Education Limited HSBC 636-384976-001 account. Cheque payment won’t be accepted by the same parent. It is further agreed that no child shall continue on an unpaid account beyond two months until the unpaid account is paid in full.

Rosebud Primary School prepares and issues an official receipt for each payment.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students including siblings. Parents initiating withdrawal of their children from school are required to inform school with 1 month’s notice and withdraw the child after 1 months or they have to pay 1 month’s school fee in advance to withdraw the child. If Rosebud Primary School terminates enrolment of a student, the family is responsible only for payment of tuition for the duration of stay at the school.

The re-registration form will be issued during the school year and must be returned within the given dates along with a non-refundable Annual Resource fee. Existing students should complete and submit the re-registration form along with the September school fee as a deposit in order to reserve a place for the upcoming school year. The school reserves the right, however, to deny re-registration to any student whose behavior disturbs the learning environment and/or threatens the safety and well-being of other students, or to a student whose continued lack of effort results in unsatisfactory academic progress, or to a student whose educational or physical needs can no longer be well accommodated for by the school.

When two or more brothers and sisters study at the same time, a reduction of 5% is made from the fee charged for the second child, 10% for the third and so on with the increased 5% discount for any other subsequent children. However, there is no discount on Application and Annual Resource Fees.

Definition of the sibling: This discount is only for the real and proved brothers and sisters and will not be applied to family members outside the sibling relationship such as a cousin, friend.

Parents should read the Student/Parents Handbook carefully before signing the contract located on the last page of the handbook. A parent who signs the contract has agreed to all school rules and conditions set by the school board and will be bound to it. If the school does not receive the contract by the announced deadline, the student will not be considered enrolled for the following year. Therefore students who are on the waiting list will have first preference.
