FEES POLICY
Fees are fixed for the school year September 2009 to June 2010. They are reviewed annually by the school board and any changes to the school fees for the next school year is announced by the end of May.
At RBPS, the school fees consist of an Application Fee, Enrollment Fee and Tuition Fee.

Application Fee (one-time fee)
A fee of 100 HKD is due upon submission of each NEW student's application. The application fee is non-refundable.

Enrollment Fee (one-time fee/annually)
The enrollment fee is 1,300 HKD for book & materials fee,school trip,uniforms,school expenses like after school activities per student and must be paid at the time of registration.
If parents don’t want to order any item(s) from school uniform list,the price of the item(s) will be deducted from Enrollment Fee.

Tuition Fee
The Tuition Fee is per year payable monthly from September to June.
Monthly tuition payments are due by the 15th of each month. A student may not be admitted at the commencement of a month if previous month’s fee remains unpaid.
A late payment fee (LPF) of a $50 per month is payable on accounts which remain unpaid 7 calender days after the due date for payment.
No remission of fees either in whole or in part shall be made,should the student be absent from the school for any reason.
All payments are in HKD.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made by
1.) Cheque or cash at RBPS office during office hours(Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 16:00 pm on school days).
2.) Bank transfer to Ease Education Limited TST Branch 636-384976-001.In this case parents should inform RBPS

CHARGES FOR INSUFFICIENT FUND CHECKS
When a check cannot be collected on its second deposit due to insufficient funds, payment must be made by cash or direct transfer to the Ease Education Limited TST Branch 636-384976-001. It is further agreed that no child shall continue on a delinquent account beyond two months until the delinquent account is paid in full. No delinquency will be accepted after the child comes back upon the account paid in full.

INVOICE POLICY
RBPS prepares an official receipt upon each payment.

REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY
All payments are non refundable and non transferable to other students including siblings.
If you withdraw at any time after acceptance, there is no refund of Enrollment and Registration Fee. Parents initiating withdrawal are required to pay the full month’s tuition. If RBPS terminates enrollment of a student, the family is responsible for payment of tuition for the duration of stay at the school.

RE-REGISTRATION
Re-registration contracts are issued at the end of year and must be returned within the given dates along with a nonrefundable registration fee. The school reserves the right, however, to deny re-registration to a student whose behavior disturbs the learning environment and/or threatens the safety and wellbeing of other students, or to a student whose continued lack of effort results in unsatisfactory academic progress, or to a student whose educational or physical needs can no longer be well served by the school.

SCHOLARSHIP
RBPS offers scholarship to Primary 5 and Primary 6 students who completed Primary 4 or Primary 5 at RBPS
Scholarship examination covers English,General Studies, and Mathematics
Scholarship examination will be held only 1 (ONE) time on May.
The first 3 (three) students who got the highest scores will have the right to get scholarships as follows;.
The first student will get 100% off discount of Tuition Fee
The second one will get 70% off discount of Tuition Fee
The third one will get 50% off discount of Tuition Fee
These students will not pay Tuition Fee, but they need to pay Enrollment Fee.

SIBLING DISCOUNTS
When two or more brothers and sisters studying at the same time, a reduction of 10% is made from the Tuition Fee charged for the second child and any other subsequent children. No discount on Application and Registration Fees

Definition of sibling: This discount is only for the real and proved brothers and sisters, exactly will not be applied to family members outside the sibling relationship such as step brother/sister, cousin, friend…

Parents should read the conditions carefully before signing registration contract. A parent,who signs the contract,has agreed to all school rules and conditions set by the school board and will be bound to it.If the school doesn’t receive the registration contract by the announced deadlive,the student will not be considered enrolled for the following year.Therefore students who are on the waiting list will have first preference.
