- Bank transfer to Ease Education Limited at any HSBC Branch 636-384976-001. In this case parents should inform the school.

For each returned cheque a fee of HKD250 should be added to the replaced payment. RBPS prepares and issues an official receipt upon each payment.
All payments are non refundable and non transferable to other students including siblings. Parents initiating withdrawal are required to pay the full month`s tuition. If RBPS terminates enrolment of a student, the family is responsible only for payment of tuition for the duration of stay at the school.
Re-registration form will be issued through the school year and must be returned within the given dates along with a non-refundable Annual Resource fee. Existing students should complete and submit the re-registration form along with registration and the September school fee as a deposit in order to reserve place for the upcoming school year. The school reserves the right, however, to deny re-registration to a student whose behavior disturbs the learning environment and/or threatens the safety and wellbeing of other students, or to a student whose continued lack of effort results in unsatisfactory academic progress, or to a student whose educational or physical needs can no longer be well accommodated by the school.
When two or more brothers and sisters study at the same time, a reduction of 5% is made from the
Fee charged for the second child, 10% for the third and so on with the increased 5% discount for any other
subsequent children. However, there is no discount on Application and Annual Resource Fees. The tuition fee for the
siblings of existing students should be at same rate of the existing student fee.
Definition of sibling: This discount is only for the real and proved brothers and sisters and will not be applied to family members outside the sibling relationship such as cousin, friend.
Parents should read the Student/Parents Handbook carefully before signing the contract located on the last page of the handbook. A parent who signs the contract has agreed to all school rules and conditions set by the school board and will be bound to it. If the school does not receive the contract by the announced deadline, the student will not be considered enrolled for the following year. Therefore students who are on the waiting list will have first preference.
