RBPS is a community school offering a comprehensive secondary preparatory program focusing on science, mathematics, and technology. It offers an alternative form of public schooling. RBPS is a non-sectarian, non-discriminatory. However, it is exempt form many public school regulations so that it can pursue an innovative approach that improves student performance. rbps is a small structured school delivering a rigorous, innovative educational program. All parents desire the best possible education for their children, a rich and positive learning environment that will prepare them to the future challenges in an increasingly borderless world. That's what we always keep in mind at RBPS.

RBPS is run by a charitible non-profit organization called Ease Education Limited. Ease Education Limited is dedicated to high quality in education.It was established in Hong Kong SAR in 2004.Founders of Ease Education Limited are educators and businessman who beleivethe importance of education and community responsibilty.

RBPS is a place where students trust themselves enough to take risks in a safe and supportive environment. We set goals for our students on an individual basis. Learning activities include both cooperative learning (groups) and individual projects. Every child makes a special contribution here, and our small classes allow each child to be seen as a unique, whole person, with his or her own learning style and pattern of growth. Our students learn to pay attention, concentrate on tasks and use knowledge meaningfully, and remember the facts and ideas necessary for achievement. And also Early identification of students with special needs is a high priority, and such students are nominated for support where applicable. This may include remedial sessions or other student services in speech pathology, integration, educational and psychological assessments. Support programs are conducted for individual students who need extension or acceleration in various key learning areas; remedial sessions in English and Mathematics; a Reading Recovery program; and specialist support for ESL students.

With this in mind, we motivate our students through individual attention, intensive counseling, and after-school programs, that address their individual learning styles. We expect them to recognize the value of commitment and effort, and to strive toward their highest levels of capability.

With a 1:5.67 faculty-student ratio, RBPS provides the best environment for students' education. There are no more than 20 students per class. Teachers have more time to help each student individually. Students have more chance to ask questions and get help.
