General Admission Information

Rosebud Primary School Now accepting application grade level Primary 1 through Primary 6. Enrollment is open to all eligible students base on following criteria;

  • Age
  • Availability of places
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Entrance exam and interview performance
  • Previous school records
  • Sibling status to a current student
  • Special abilities
  • Previous international education background

You may submit your application online or download hard copy of our application form and return it to us by fax or e-mail. Remember due to limited space availability, online application will be processed faster.

Standard Admission
A child with the appropriate age for the grade level before 1st September of that academic year is eligible for standard admission. Appropriate ages for the grades are:

Primary 1 5 years & 8 months old
Primary 2 7 years old
Primary 3 8 years old
Primary 4 9 years old
Primary 5 10 years old
Primary 6 11 years old

Enrollment Interview and Assessment:
All students must go through a level test and an individual interview in order to be accepted into RBPS. As a part of the application process all parents must sit the enrollment interview, which is to ensure the school’s philosophy and programs match parent’s educational beliefs and expectations.
Factors that contribute to acceptance depending on the grade are Age-appropriate social skills, language ability, academic ability and the current makeup of the class.

Exceptional Admission:
A child whose birthday is on or after 1st September of that academic year but has exceptional academic skills and appropriate social maturity may still be considered for admission into a particular grade. Acceptance is contingent upon a successful interview and previous school records.

Required Document for Enrollment:

  • Registration Package
  • Student’s Original Birth Certificate
  • An Up-to-Date Immunization record
  • Copy of last two report card form previous school (if applicable)
  • Proof of residency (most recent electricity/water bill or bank statement)
  • Special Education report form previous school (if child has one)
  • Non-Refundable Registration fee and First Month School Fee
