We are glad to announce that the week of Sept.16 to 20 will be a ‘Healthy Week‘ at Rosebud Primary School. It will be dedicated to health education to raise awareness of the importance of a balanced lifestyle. Throughout the week, teachers will discuss with their students various aspects of proper nutrition, sport and exercise and sound sleep.
Students will also be able to take part in a selection of activities held each day during the SSR period (i.e. 1:00pm to 1:20pm). Each participant will be given a card to collect stamps following successful completion of those (one activity per day). Having collected 5 different stamps by the end of the week, students will be awarded certificates of participation.
We hope you could also promote a sustainable healthy lifestyle at home.
