Aims

The RBPS aims are to develop and foster in its students;

- The personel qualities of honesty,integrity and respect for truth.
- A lifelong love of learning in order to support the development of full social and academic potential.
- Respect for people of variety of cultural and racial backgrounds and of various religions.
- A lasting commitment to international cooperation and on understanding of the independence of
individuals,groups and nations.
- An appreciation of Hong Kong’s culture and its contribution to heritage of the civilized world.
- Care and concern for those less fortunate then themselves
- The determination to achieve the highest possible standard in all that they do.
- In conjuction with parents,the RBPS aims to educate the whole person which is accomplished through
instruction,examples,correction and experience.

Objectives
.
RBPS’s main object is to provide a quality international environment in English for children of all nationalities living in Hong Kong SAR.

- To introduce students to ideas,concepts and creative expessions that have shaped the world.
- To engage students in reflective inquiry.
- To invite students opinions,suggestions and questions.
- To emphasize the individuality of the students and to assist each child in properly responding to himself and to
   others.
- To develop self-confidence.
- To recognise his talents and abilities in creativity.
- To help students learn how to learn.
- To prepare students for a world beyond the school environment.
- To help students learn how to pay attention ,concentrate on tasks and use knowledge meaningfully, and
   remember the facts and ideas necessary for achivement.
- To help students discover a greater appreciation for the world and learn how to live responsibly as a part of it.
- To encourage parents to take an active role in their child’s education and development.
- To make pupils learn to value others for themselves not only what they have or what they can do for us.
- To develop a love of learning which’ll remain with the individual long after the process of formal education is
   finished.
